内关穴生姜片外敷配合微波深部热疗防治化疗后预期性呕吐56例疗效分析

Anaiysis of the effect of preventing the anticipatory vomiting induced by chemotherapy with ginger externaon application on Neiguan acupoint matching microwave hyperthermia treatment in 56 patients

目的:观察内关穴生姜片外敷配合微波深部热疗防治化疗后预期性呕吐的疗效。方法:选择化疗的病人随机分为2组,共56例。观察组29例与对照组各27例。观察组与对照组均于Tp(紫杉醇+顺铂)方案化疗前30分钟予昂丹司琼8mg兑入20ml生理盐水中静脉推注1次/日,连用至化疗结束后1天。同时观察组在化疗前2天取本地老生姜,切3×3Cm大小,厚度5mm一片,敷一侧内关穴,敷贴固定,化疗当天同时配合微波深部热疗,化疗同时进行微波照射内关穴处30分钟,微波照射后,生姜继续应用,第二天换新姜重复,每日一次。结果:观察组与对照组比较,观察组患者胃肠道反应明显低于对照组,两组比较,差异有显著性意义(p<0.01)。结论:临床上应用内关穴生姜片外敷配合微波深部热疗防治化疗后预期性呕吐效果良好。

Objective:To study the effect of preventing the anticipatory vomiting induced by chemotherapy with ginger externaon application on Neiguan acupoint matching microwave hyperthermia treatment.Methods:56cases were randomized into the observation group 29 cases and the control group 27 cases in each.All patients were injected with ondansetron(8mg with 20 ml normal saline intravenous once a day)half an hour before chemotherapy with TP until 1day after the end of chemotherapy.At the same time,the observation group were treated with ginger externaon application(longth*width*depdth:3*3*0.5cm)on Neiguan acupoint 2days before chemotherapy once a day matching microwave hyperthermia treatment half an hour at the same day with chemotherapy.Result:Compare with the control group,the observation group of patients with anticipatory vomiting was significantly lower than the control group,there was significant difference(P<0.01).Conclusion:Ginger externaon application on Neiguan acupoint matching microwave hyperthermia treatment on preventing anticipatory vomiting induced by chemotherapy have better herapeutical effect,and should be widely applied in clinic.
