采用两种非金属桩进行纤维桩修复失败后二次修复的临床疗效观察

摘要 目的:观察采用高强度玻璃纤维桩树脂核和二氧化锆桩核对纤维桩修复后桩核冠脱落或折断的患牙进行二次修复的效果。方法:选取2013年10月—2014年10月期间来怀柔中医院口腔修复科就诊的病人,患者65例(共68颗患牙),随机分为两组,每组34颗患牙。一组重新采用高强度纤维桩+树脂核联合二氧化锆瓷冠修复;另一组采用二氧化锆桩核联合二氧化锆瓷冠修复,随访0.5—2年,观察修复效果。结果:两组二次修复的成功率为82.3%、91.2%。结论:高强度玻璃纤维桩树脂核和二氧化锆桩核对纤维桩修复失败的患牙进行二次修复均取得良好效果。统计学无差异。 Objective:This study aims tocompare the clinical effects of computer-aided design and computer-aided manufacturing(CAD/CAM)zirconia ceramic post and glass fiber post on the failure of fiber post restoration once again.Methods:Totally 68 teeth with the failure of fiber post restoration which were divided into 2groups randomly.the zirconia ceramic post and glass fiber post.Observe the clinical effect for 6 months to 2years.Result:The success rate of the group of glass fiber post was 82.3%.And,the success rate of the group of the zirconia ceramic post was 91.2%.Conclusion:Both of the glass fiber post and the zirconia ceramic post,however,the clinical effect is satisfactory.
