肠结散神阙穴外敷治疗不完全性肠梗阻临床观察

目的:观察肠结散神阙穴外敷治疗不完全性肠梗阻的临床疗效。方法:将2014年7月至2016年6月本医院普通外科收治的不完全性肠梗阻患者90例,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组各45例,观察组除了给予常规治疗外同时给予肠结散外敷,对照组单纯常规治疗,比较两组治疗的肛门通气通便时间及腹胀情况及有效率。结果:观察组的有效率比对照组高,肛门通气通便时间和腹胀情况恢复时间比对照组明显缩短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:肠结散外敷神阙穴治疗不完全性肠梗阻效果理想,值得推广应用。

Objective:Observing intestinal knot scattered CV 8point topical treatment the clinical curative effect of incomplete intestinal obstruction.Methods:Will be between July2014 and June 2016,the general surgery hospital treated 90 cases of patients with incomplete intestinal obstruction,Randomly divided into observation group and control group,45 cases in each group,Observation group in addition to give regular treatment at the same time give im knot dispersion gels,The control group conventional treatment alone,Comparing the two groups of treatment anus ventilation purge time and abdominal distention and efficient.Result:High efficient observation group than control group,Purge the anus ventilation time and abdominal distention situation than the control group obviously reduce recovery time,The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Im knot scattered CV 8point treatment of incomplete intestinal obstruction effect is ideal,is worthy of popularization and application.
