不同根管治疗法应用于牙髓炎治疗的临床疗效对照研究

Clinical efficacy compared of different root governing therapy applied in pulpitis treatment

目的:研究比较牙髓炎根管治疗中应用不同根管治疗法的临床效果。方法:选取2014年1月-2015年11月期间我院收治的牙髓炎患者88例,随机分为观察组与对照组各44例。观察组患者治疗采用一次性根管治疗法,对照组患者治疗采用常规多次根管治疗法。比较分析治疗后48h两组患者的疗效及1年后的成功率。结果:治疗后48h,对照组患者的治疗有效率略高于观察组,但组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗1年后,观察组的治疗成功率显著高于对照组,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:牙髓炎根管治疗中,采用一次性根管治疗法后获得的远期疗效更好,并且还能降低患者治疗的疼痛感,值得推广于临床应用中。

Objective:To compare different pulpitis application root governing the effect of the therapy.Methods:88cases of pulpitis were choosed,were randomly divided into two groups(n = 44).Observation group USES the disposable root canal treatment,control group adopts multiple root governing therapy.Compare the curative effect of 48 hand 1year after treatment success rate.Result:48hafter treatment,the differences in the clinical curative effect of patients with the control group was not significant(P>0.05).1year after treatment,the success rate of observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Pulpitis in root canal treatment,the use of disposable root governance after the therapy of the long-term curative effect is better,worthy of promotion
