摘要
目的:观察康复护理在类风湿关节炎患者治疗中的应用效果。方法:随机选取2014年3月—2016年3月56例类风湿关节炎患者作为观察组,接受康复护理干预方式。同时,按照1∶1比例选取同期56例类风湿关节炎患者作为对照组,采用一般护理,对2组患者临床护理情况进行比较。结果:观察组患者临床治疗总有效率为96.43%,明显高于对照组(82.14%);观察组护理干预后生活质量评分明显高于对照组,2组差异明显(P<0.05)。结论:对类风湿关节炎患者执行康复护理干预,应用效果明显,可显著提高患者临床治疗效果,并提高患者生活质量,值得临床推广。
Objective:To observe the effect of rehabilitation nursing in the treatment of patients with rheumatoid arthritis.Methods:56cases of patients with rheumatoid arthritis were randomly selected from March 2014 to March 2016.The patients were treated with rehabilitation nursing intervention.At the same time,according to the 1:1ratio of 56 cases of rheumatoid arthritis patients as the control group,the use of general care,the 2groups of patients with clinical nursing.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.43%,significantly higher than that of the control group(82.14%);the quality of life of the observation group after nursing intervention was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was significant between the 2 groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of rehabilitation nursing intervention for patients with rheumatoid arthritis,the effect is obvious,can significantly improve the clinical treatment effect,and improve the quality of life of patients,it is worthy of clinical promotion
