MIPPO技术联合小切口骨折复位技术治疗胫骨远端骨折的临床疗效 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨应用经皮微创锁定加压钢板接骨术联合小切口骨折复位技术治疗胫骨远端骨折的临床疗效。方法:自2011年9月至2015年1月,昆山市中医医院骨科应用经皮微创钢板接骨术(MIPPO)联合小切口骨折复位技术治疗32例胫骨远端骨折,男18例,女14例,年龄19~75岁,平均45.3岁。其中开放性骨折(属Gustilo Ⅰ~Ⅱ型)7例,闭合性骨折25例。结果:32例均获得随访,随访时间18~24个月,平均20.2个月。所有骨折均愈合,平均愈合时间4.2个月。根据Johner—Wruhs评分:优25例,良6例,可1例,优良率96.9%。结论:应用经皮微创锁定加压钢板接骨术联合小切口骨折复位技术治疗胫骨远端骨折,具有固定满意、损伤小、恢复快、感染率低等优点,是治疗胫骨远端骨折的有效方法。
