外来手术器械纳入消毒供应中心规范化管理的临床效果评价

Invasive surgical instruments into the standardized management of disinfection supply center for clinical effect assessment

目的:研究在消毒供应中心规范化管理中纳入外来手术器械的临床疗效。方法:132件外来手术器械包,其中在手术室直接清洗包装的外来手术器械为参照组,在消毒供应中心清洗、包装、消毒、灭菌的外来手术器械为实验组,对比分析两组的清洗合格率、包装合格率、灭菌合格率。结果:实验组外来手术器械清洗合格率96.96%、包装合格率98.48%、灭菌合格率100%;对比参照组清洗合格率86.36%、包装合格率89.39%、灭菌合格率92.42%,组间数据存在显著差异。结论:将外来手术器械纳入消毒供应中心规范化管理中可以显著改善器械合格率,提升灭菌以及清洗的效果,具有广泛应用的临床价值。

Objective:To evaluate the clinical effect of foreign surgical instruments including in Sterilization Supply Center Standardized Management.Methods:132 foreign surgical instruments were selected.The instruments which cleaned and packed directly in the operating room were considered as the control group,and the instruments that cleaned,packed,disinfected and sterilized in the disinfection supply center were used as the experimental group.Comparatively analyze the cleaning pass rate,packing pass rate and sterilization pass rate between two groups.Result:There were significant differences in the cleaning pass rate,packing pass rate and sterilization pass rate between the experimental group and control group(96.96%vs 86.36%,98.48% vs 89.39%,100% vs 92.42%).Conclusion:Including the foreign surgical instruments into the Sterilization Supply Center Standardized Management can significantly improve the qualify rate of the instruments,increase the effect of sterilization and cleaning,which has the clinical value of wide application.
