单硝酸异山梨酯静脉滴注治疗冠心病心绞痛临床观察

Isosorbide mononitrate intravenous drip treatment of coronary heart disease angina pectoris clinical observation

目的:探讨静脉滴注单硝酸异山梨酯治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床效果。方法:选取2015年10月至2016年10月在我院就诊治疗的冠心病心绞痛患者70例,并根据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各35例。其中对照组患者给予硝酸甘油治疗,观察组患者给予单硝酸异山梨酯静脉滴注治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果:观察组患者的总的治疗有效率为88.57%,对照组患者的总的治疗有效率为77.14%,两组间相比较,观察组明显好于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的心绞痛症状及心电图明显改善时间分别为(8.1±2.3)d和(5.9±1.6)d,对照组患者的心绞痛症状及心电图明显改善时间分别为(13.1±2.5)d和(7.7±1.3)d,两组间相比较,观察组患者明显优于对照组患者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对于冠心病心绞痛患者应用单硝酸异山梨酯静脉滴注能够取得明显的临床疗效,有效地改善患者的临床症状,加快患者的心绞痛及心电图改善时间,提高患者的生活质量及预后影响,值得临床推广应用。

Objective:to investigate the intravenous drip of isosorbide mononitrate in the treatment of coronary heart disease angina pectoris.Methods:choose in October 2015 to October 2015 in our hospital treatment of 70 cases of patients with coronary heart disease angina,and according to random number table method was divided into control group and observation group,35 cases.The control group given nitroglycerin treatment,observation group patients give isosorbide mononitrate intravenous drip treatment,compare the clinical efficacy of two groups of patients.Results:the observation group of patients with general treatment effective rate was 88.57%,control group patients’ overall treatment effective rate of 77.14%,compared between the two groups,observation group is much better than the control group,the difference statistically significant(P <0.05);Observation group of patients with angina pectoris and electrocardiogram(ecg)significantly improve time respectively(8.1+2.3)d and d(5.9+ 1.6),the control group of patients with angina pectoris and electrocardiogram(ecg)significantly improve time respectively(13.1 + 2.5)d and d(7.7 + 1.3),compared between the two groups,the observation group was better than control group patients,patients with statistically significant difference(P <0.05).Conclusion:for patients with coronary heart disease angina pectoris using isosorbide mononitrate intravenous drip can achieve obvious clinical curative effect,effectively improve the patient’s clinical symptoms,speed up the time in patients with angina pectoris and electrocardiogram(ecg)improve,improve the quality of life and prognosis of patients,worthy of clinical popularization and application.
