干眼症患者眼部症状与睑板腺功能的相关性分析

Correlation analysis of dry eye symptoms in patients with meibomian gland function

目的:探讨干眼症患者眼部症状与睑板腺功能的相关性分析。方法:入选我院2016年1月至2016年12月干眼症患者36例(72只眼),应用眼表疾病指数(OSDI)积分法对患者的眼部临床特征进行调查问卷评分,评估泪膜破裂时间(BUT),观察睑板腺开口;应用裂隙灯对睑板腺进行检查。结果:干眼症患者36例(72只眼),OSDI积分(27.78±11.03)分,双眼荧光染色积分为(7.21±0.13)分,睑板腺开口积分为(3.46±1.22)分,BUT积分为(2.89±1.02)s,泪腺分泌试验为(7.32±1.24)mm。结论:干眼症患者的眼部临床特征与角膜荧光染色积分、睑板腺开口积分密切相关,干眼症的治疗要针对性治疗睑板腺疾病。

Objective:To investigate the correlation between dry eye andocular symptoms of meibomian gland function.Methods:36cases in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2016 were selected for dry eye patients(72eyes),application of ocular surface disease index(OSDI)questionnaire score on the ocular clinical features were integral method,evaluation of tear film break-up time(BUT),observed the meibomian gland orifice;with slit lamp examination for meibomian gland.Results:36cases of dry eye patients(72eyes),OSDI score(27.78±11.03)%,(7.21 eyesfluorescent staining score±0.13),meibomian gland orifice is the integral of(3.46±1.22)%,BUT score(2.89±1.02)s,lacrimal gland secretion test(7.32±1.24)mm.Conclusion:The clinical features of dry eye patients is closely related to cCorneal fluorescein staining scores and meibomian gland orifice scores,the treatment of dry eye need targeted treatments for meibomian gland disease.
