右美托咪定复合吗啡硬膜外给药对剖宫产术后镇痛效果的影响

摘要 目的:观察右美托咪定复合吗啡硬膜外给药对剖宫产术后的镇痛效果。方法:以我院收治的50例剖宫产孕妇为研究对象,将其分为两组,每组各25人。一组为常规组,使用注射药物舒芬太尼进行术后镇痛;另一组为观察组,使用右美托咪定复合吗啡硬膜外给药进行镇痛。对比两组同种手术患者采用不同药物进行术后镇痛的效果。结果:两组剖宫产患者术后均有明显的镇痛与镇静效果,但观察组患者用药后镇痛、镇静效果更显著,布氏舒适评分以及Ramsay评分均明显好于对照组,对比结果差异有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论:右美托咪定复合吗啡硬膜外给药对剖宫产术后镇痛效果显著,能够有效降低产妇疼痛感,并起到缓解负面情绪的作用。
