摘要
目的:研究护士分层级管理模式对提高护理管理质量的应用效果。方法:选取2015年7月到2016年8月于我院护理人员100例,开展护士分层级管理模式,进行相关培训及考核,比较实施前后的护理质量。结果:经研究得出实施后基础护理(97.32±5.64)分、危重病人管理(96.64±3.21)分、病区环境(94.42±5.98)分,各项数值水平显著高于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在临床医疗中实施护士分层级管理模式,有助于提升护理管理,可以最大程度的保障患者生命安全。
Objective:to study nursing level hierarchical management mode for application effect to improve the quality of nursing management.Selection method,in July 2015 to August 2016 in our hospital 100 cases of nursing level nurses layered management mode,to conduct related training and assessment,comparison before and after the implementation of the quality of care.As a result,after study the implementation of the basic nursing(97.32 + 5.64)points,management of critically ill patients(96.64 + 3.21)points,ward environment(94.42 + 5.98),the numerical implementation level is significantly higher than before,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:implementation of nurses in the clinical medical level hierarchical management model,help to improve nursing management,can the greatest degree of ensuring patients safety.
