口服安眠药物中毒的心理分析及干预

The oral sleeping drug poisoning and the psychological analysis of the intervention

目的:探究分析口服安眠药物中毒患者的心理状态及干预效果。方法:选取2014年3月至2016年8月期间,在我院进行治疗的60例口服安眠药物中毒患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组30例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组患者在此基础上实施心理干预,观察比较两组患者的精神状态、生活能力等。结果:观察组患者中精神心理健康者、生活能力正常者及再次用药中毒者均明显优于对照组(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论:口服安眠药物中毒患者多数出现了焦虑、抑郁的负面情绪,因此治疗期间要给予心理干预,及时进行疏导,消除负面的心理状态,提高患者的生活信心。

Objective:to explore the psychological status of analysis of oral sleeping drug poisoning patients and the effect of intervention.Methods:selected during March 2014 to August 2014,sleep at the hospital for treatment of 60 cases of oral drug poisoning patients,randomly divided into observation group and control group,30 cases in each group.Control group given conventional nursing,the observation group of patients on the basis of the implementation of psychological intervention,to observe the ability to compare two groups of patients’ state of mind,life,etc.Result:the observation group of patients in mental health,normal life ability and again drug poisoning were significantly better than that of control group(P< 0.05),with statistical significance.Conclusions:most patients with oral sleeping drug poisoning in anxiety,depression,negative emotions,so to give psychological intervention during treatment,timely guidance,eliminate the negative state of mind,improve the confidence of the patient’s life.
