剖宫产宫缩乏力出血治疗过程中应用B-Lynch缝合术效果观察

Observation of the effect of B-Lynch suture in the treatment of cesarean section uterine atony hemorrhage

目的:探讨剖宫产宫缩乏力出血治疗过程中B-Lynch缝合术的应用价值。方法:将我院2015年2月至2016年2月间收治的剖宫产宫缩乏力产后出血患者76例随机分为观察组38例及对照组38例。对照组采取宫腔填塞术进行治疗,观察组实施B-Lynch缝合术治疗,比较两组患者实际治疗状况。结果:观察组术中出血量、术后24h出血量均要低于对照组,且术后恶露时间短于对照组,两组比较具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组产褥病发生率要低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:B-Lynch缝合术治疗剖宫产宫缩乏力出血效果较宫腔填塞术更好,可有效控制患者出血症状,值得推广。

Objective:To investigate the value of B-Lynch suture in the treatment of uterine atony and bleeding during cesarean section.Methods:In our hospital from February 2015 to February 2016,76 cases of cesarean section,uterine atony,postpartum hemorrhage were randomly divided into the observation group of 38 cases and the control group of 38 cases.The control group was treated with uterine tamponade,and the observation group was treated with B-Lynch suture.The actual treatment of the two groups was compared.Result:The amount of intraoperative bleeding,postoperative bleeding 24 hwere lower than that in the control group,and the postoperative lochia time shorter than the control group,the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of puerperal disease in observation group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:B-Lynch suture treatment of cesarean section uterine inertia fatigue bleeding effect is better than intrauterine filling,can effectively control the bleeding symptoms of patients,it is worth promoting.
