红细胞冷凝集现象对血常规检验结果影响的探讨

The discussion of the effect of red blood cell condensation on the normal test results of blood

目的:分析并探讨红细胞冷凝集现象对血常规检验结果的影响。方法:选择不同程度冷凝集的4种标本作为本研究的研究材料,分别选择37℃的30分钟热水浴、双重加温、血浆置换等处理,并将处理前后的标本在全自动血细胞分析仪上进行检测,并做好涂片染色分析,以便于了解红细胞冷凝集对血液常规检验结果的影响。结果:冷凝集标本会对血细胞分析仪的检测参数、散点图和直方图等造成直接的干扰,进而导致其检测结果异常,会使红细胞(RBC)计数明显降低,红细胞和血红蛋白的比例明显不符。轻度的冷凝集标本经过水浴加热后会得到有效纠正,而高度冷凝集标本经过水浴加热后并没有得到完全的纠正,再经过后两种方法处理可以得到有效纠正。结论:进行血常规检验的时候,需要及时发现血液的不良情况,并准确地对冷凝集的情况进行判断,采用合理的方法进行处理,可以为临床提供更加准确的检验结果。

Objective:Study on red blood cell condensation phenomena on the influence of blood routine test result.Methods:With varying degrees of cold agglutination 4specimens for research,choice of 37°c for 30 minutes of hot water,double heating,plasma exchange,and processing specimens before and after treatment in automatic blood cell Analyzer for detecting,smear staining,understand the impact of RBC condensed set of blood routine test result.Result:Condensing Assembly cause analysis of abnormal blood cells,red blood cell count,hemoglobin and the proportion.Mild condensation after the 3ways to deal with,the set can be corrected,but highly condensed set of needs after the first treatment in the two ways to rectify.Conclusion:Routine blood tests needed to detect blood bad,judged on the condensed set,by using the proper methods to deal with in order to provide accurate test results for the forest.
