随着现代医学的发展以及患者对手术期望值的提高,对全麻手术中液体管理有了更高的要求,目标导向的液体治疗已在临床工作中广泛开展。本文旨在综述近年来Flotrac/Vigileo心排量监测系统指导的目标导向液体治疗在全麻手术领域的应用与进展。

With the development of modern medicine and the improvement of patients’expectation of operation,the liquid management in general anesthesia surgery has higher requirements.Goal-directed fluid therapy has been widely carried out in clinical work.The aim of this paper is to review the application and development of Goal-directed fluid therapy guided by Flotrac/Vigileosystem in general anesthesia.
