连续股神经阻滞联合坐骨神经阻滞镇痛在膝关节置换术后康复训练中的应用初探

摘要 目的:探究在膝关节置换术(TotalKnee Arthroplasty,TKA)术后的康复训练中连续股神经阻滞(Continuous Femoral Nerve Block,CFNB)、坐骨神经阻滞(Sciatic Nerve Block,SNB)镇痛的联合应用效果。方法:择取2014年12月到2016年12月期间于笔者所在医院行TKA的80例患者,将患者随机分至人数相等的两个组别中:研究组40例患者行CFNB加SNB联合镇痛,对照组40例患者行自控静脉镇痛。对比两组患者在静息、活动状态下的疼痛度与不良反应率。结果:研究组的疼痛评分低于对照组,其不良反应率为10%(4/40),远远低于对照组40%(16/40)的不良反应率,统计学有差异(P<0.05)。结论:CFNB加SNB联合镇痛可以显著降低TKA患者在静息或运动状态下的疼痛度,使患者可以更加放心地进行康复训练,其不仅镇痛效果明显,更是较少引发不良反应,非常安全。
