探讨儿童预防接种护理安全管理的实施效果

To discuss the effect of child preventive care safety management

目的:分析儿童预防接种护理安全管理的实施效果。方法:将2015年2月-2017年2月80例儿童预防接种患儿作研究对象并随机分组。常规管理组实施常规接种护理,安全管理组实施接种护理安全管理。比较两组成功接种率;儿童接种配合度、家长对疫苗知识的认知度、家长对护理的满意度;儿童接种不良事件发生率。结果:安全管理组成功接种率高于常规管理组,P<0.05;安全管理组儿童接种配合度、家长对疫苗知识的认知度、家长对护理的满意度高于常规管理组,P<0.05;安全管理组接种不良事件发生率低于常规管理组,P<0.05。结论:儿童预防接种护理安全管理的实施效果确切,可提高家长疫苗知识认知和满意度,提高儿童配合度和接种成功率,减少不良事件发生,值得推广。

Objective:To analyze children immunization effect of nursing safety management.Methods:In February 2015-February 2015,80 cases of children with children’s vaccination as the research object and random grouping.Regular routine vaccination nursing management group,safety management group implement vaccination nursing safety management.Compare two groups of successful coverage;Vaccinating children against cooperation degree,parents of knowledge awareness,parents satisfaction of nursing;Children with the incidence of adverse events.Result:Successful vaccination rate is higher than the conventional safety management group,management group,P<0.05;Safety management group of vaccinating children against cooperation degree,parents of knowledge awareness,parents to nursing satisfaction higher than that of conventional management group,P<0.05;Safety management vaccination lower incidence of adverse events than conventional management group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Child vaccination effect of exact nursing safety management,vaccine can improve the parents knowledge and satisfaction,enhance children’s cooperation degree and vaccination success rate,reduce the adverse events,is worth promoting.
