枳香膏穴位贴敷对术后胃肠功能恢复的临床疗效观察

目的:探讨枳香膏贴敷足三里对术后胃肠功能恢复的疗效。方法:采用随机、对照临床试验,收集100例妇科腹式手术患者,随机分为空白组(50例)、穴位贴敷组(50例),空白组术后予抗炎、补液等常规治疗,穴位贴敷组除术后常规治疗外,予枳香膏贴敷双足三里。经治疗后,将2组术后肠鸣音恢复正常时间、首次排气时间、排便时间等胃肠功能恢复的情况进行比较观察。结果:在术后肠鸣音恢复正常时间、排气及排便时间方面,穴位贴敷组与空白组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在术后临床证候缓解方面,穴位贴敷组与空白组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在术后72小时胃肠功能恢复疗效指标方面,穴位贴敷组与空白组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:枳香膏贴敷足三里能促进术后胃肠功能恢复,对因手术产生的临床不适症状有着明显的缓解及治疗作用,从而有助于患者身、心上的康复。

Objective:This research discussed the effect on plastering zhixiang poultice on Zusanli points to improve the digestive function after surgery.Methods:This research was a random and control experiment.100 patients were divided into control group(50cases)and applicationgroup(50cases)after gynecologic abdominal surgery.Control groupreceived routinepostoperativetherapy to prevent inflammation and supplementliquid.Applicationgroupreceivedroutinetherapy andplastering zhixiang poultice on Zusanli points After thetherapy,the recovery of the digestive function after surgery includingthe time of borborygmus,gas by anus and defecation were observed.Result:This research found that intheaspectof recovery of borborygmus,gas by anus and defecation,it had obviousdifference between two groups(P<0.05);in the aspect of improvingthesymptoms after surgery,it had obviousdifference between two groups(P<0.05);inthecomparison of the digestive function in the time of 72 hours after post-operation,the difference of betweentwo groups was obvious(P<0.05).Conclusion:The interventionofplastering zhixiang poultice on Zusanli points has importanteffectonthedigestivefunctionalrecoveryafter operation.Additionallv,they canalleviatetheunwell symptoms that ledbytheoperationsobviously.Thus theycanhelpthepatientstorecover physicallyandmentally.
