中药封包外敷联合集束化护理在重症胰腺炎肠功能障碍中的应用疗效分析

Analysis of application effect of traditional Chinese medicine packet combinated with nursing on intestinal dysfunction in severe acute pancreatitis

目的:研究并分析中药封包外敷联合集束化护理在重症胰腺炎肠功能障碍中的应用疗效。方法:选取我院在2015年12月到2016年12月期间收治的50例重症胰腺炎患者进行研究,按照随机数字表法,将其分为实验组和参照组,各25例。对参照组患者予以集束化护理,对实验组患者中药封包外敷联合集束化护理,对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果:实验组患者的治疗总有效率相比于参照组,明显较优(p<0.05)。对比两组患者的肠功能障碍评分、APACHEⅡ评分,实验组明显低于参照组,经统计学分析,组间差异具备统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论:对重症胰腺炎患者予以中药封包外敷联合集束化护理,可有效的缓解患者的肠功能障碍,值得临床上借鉴以及进一步普及。

Objective:To study the application and analysis of curative effect of Chinese medicine packets combinated with nursing on severe acute pancreatitis intestinal dysfunction.Methods:50 cases of severe acute pancreatitis patients in our hospital from December 2015 to December 2016 were studied,according to the random number table method,divided into the experimental group and the control group,25 cases each.The reference group was given nursing,the patients in experiment group combinated with traditional Chinese medicine packet of nursing,compared two groups of patients.Result:The treatment group of patients with total efficiency compared to the reference group,significantly better(P<0.05).Compared two groups of patients with intestinal dysfunction score,APACHE II score of experimental group was significantly lower than that of the reference group,by statistical analysis,the differences between groups with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:The external application of Chinese medicine packets to be on the patients with severe acute pancreatitis combined beam nursing,Can effectively alleviate the patients with intestinal dysfunction,which is worthy of reference and further popularization.
