术后疼痛护理干预对骨科患者VAS评分的改善效果

Effect of postoperative pain nursing intervention on VAS score of patients in Department of orthopedics

目的:研究对骨科患者术后加强疼痛护理干预的效果。方法:选取我院近年收治的骨科住院患者,随机分组后分别实施基础护理以及疼痛护理干预,对比两组术后疼痛评分以及护理满意度。结果:从术后24小时开始,观察组疼痛评分下降速度显著快于对照组,且满意度达到92%,对照组仅为78%。结论:术后疼痛护理有利于帮助骨折患者缓解手术位置疼痛感,加速骨折处愈合,提升满意度。

Objective:To study the effect of strengthening pain nursing intervention in Department of orthopedics patients after operation.Methods:The Department of orthopedics patients in our hospital in recent years were randomly divided into two groups:basic nursing care and pain nursing intervention.The postoperative pain scores and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Result:From 24 hours after operation,the pain rate of the observation group decreased significantly faster than that of the control group,and the satisfaction rate reached 92%,compared with 78% in the control group.Conclusion:Postoperative pain care is helpful to help the fracture patients relieve the pain of operation position,accelerate the healing of fracture and promote the satisfaction degree.
