咪喹莫特乳膏联合卡介菌多糖核酸治疗扁平疣疗效及安全性的临床效果观察

Clinical observation of efficacy and safety of imiquimod cream combined with BCG polysaccharide nucleic acid in the treatment of flat warts

目的:探讨咪喹莫特乳膏+卡介菌多糖核酸治疗扁平疣疗效及安全性。方法:分析我院收治的扁平疣病人资料,将单一药物治疗分为对照组,接受联合治疗分为观察组。比较2组临床疗效、T细胞亚群情况及不良反应。结果:观察组(4周、6周、8周)治疗有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组T细胞亚群情况优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:咪喹莫特乳膏联合卡介菌多糖核酸治疗扁平疣疗效较佳,但临床安全性差,需做好预后工作。

Objective:To investigate the efficacy and safety of imiquimod cream combined with BCG polysaccharide nucleic acid in the treatment of flat warts.Methods:The medicine data of patients with flat warts in our hospital was analyzed.patients received monotherapy were divided into the control group and patients with combined therapy were set the observation group.The clinical efficacy,T lymphocyte subsets and adverse reactions were compared between the 2 groups.Result:The effective rate of the observation group at 4,6 and 8 weeks after operation was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The T lymphocyte subsets of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The adverse reactions of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Imiquimod Cream combined with BCG polysaccharide nucleic acid has accurate curative effect in the treatment of patients with flat warts,but it shows poor clinical safety and needs better prognosis.
