沈阳地区中学生的体力活动对学生骨骼健康的影响研究

Effects of physical activities on bone health in middle school students in Shenyang

摘要 目的:研究沈阳市地区中学生的体力活动与骨骼健康的相关性。方法:随机抽取并问卷调查辽宁省沈阳市地区1416岁中学生共70例;根据参加体力活动情况,将其分成2个组:体力活动组(34人)和非体力活动组(36人);测量体重指数(BMI)、腰围(WC)、臀围(HC)、腰臀比(WHR)、腰围身高比(WHtR);双能X线骨密度测定仪测量腰椎和髋关节的骨密度(BMD);分析体力活动与BMD、BMI、WHR、WHtR的关系。结果:本研究的中学生的BMI均值为(26.65±3.75)kg/m2;体力活动中学生组和非体力活动组的BMI、WC、HC和WHtR的差异有显著性(P<0.05);体力活动组的腰椎(L1-4)、髋关节股骨颈及Ward’s区的BMD高于非体力活动组,其中腰椎(L1-4)部位的骨密度升高更显著(P<0.05)。结论:沈阳地区中学生的体力活动可以改善学生的体脂代谢,增加机体腰椎和髋关节的BMD,对骨骼健康有重要意义。 Objective:To study the correlation between physical activity and bone health among middle school students in Shenyang.Methods:A total of 1416 middle school students aged 70 years in Shenyang,Liaoning province were randomly selected and surveyed.According to the physical activities,70 students were divided into 2 groups:physical activity group(34persons)and non physical activity group(36persons).Body mass index(BMI),waist circumference(WC),hip circumference(HC),waist to hip ratio(WHR)and waist to height ratio(WHtR)were measured.The bone mineral density(BMD)of the lumbar spine and hip joint was measured by dual energy X-ray absorptiometry.The relationship between physical activity and BMD,BMI,WHR and WHtR was analyzed.Result:The BMI mean of this study is(26.65±3.75)kg/m2.There were significant differences in BMI,WC,HC and WHtR between the middle school students and the non physical activities groups(P<0.05).The BMD of the lumbar spine(L1-4),the hip joint,the femoral neck and the Ward’s region in the physical activity group were higher than those in the non physical activity group,and the lumbar spine(L1-4)bone density increased more significantly(P<0.05).Conclusion:The physical activities of middle school students in Shenyang can improve their body fat metabolism and increase the BMD of the lumbar spine and hip joint,which is of great significance to bone health.
