摘要
目的:观察综合护理措施对缓解子宫肌瘤围手术期患者焦虑状态的效果。方法:选取2016年1月~2017年6月在我院进行治疗的106例子宫肌瘤围手术期患者,将其随机分为观察组(53例)和对照组(53例),对照组采取常规护理措施,观察组给予术前访视、术中舒适护理、术后细致护理等综合护理措施。手术后对两组患者的手术应激状态。结果:观察组术前1h焦虑评分、抑郁评分、心率、收缩压与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:综合护理干预可改善子宫肌瘤患者围手术期焦虑状态,应将其纳入妇科护理管理的常规内容加以推广。
Objective:To explor the effect of comprehensive nursing measures on relieving anxiety state of patients with uterine fibroids during perioperative period.Methods:106patients received operation of uterine leiomyoma were randomly divided into the observationgroup and the control group(53cases in each group).Routine nursing care was given to the patients in the control group and comprehensive nursing measures was additionally implemented in the observation group.Result:There were statistically significant differences between the two groups in the comparison of the scores of anxiety and depression,heart rate and systolic pressure one hour before operation(P<0.05).Conclusion:The comprehensive nursing measures can improve the operation related stress and the postoperative.
