HIV DNA定量检测的临床意义

摘要 人类免疫缺陷病毒(Human Immunodeficiency Virus,HIV),最早于上个世纪80年代被发现,属于逆转录病毒的一种。由于该病症除了会对患者自身免疫系统带来持续性损伤外,亦会对患者家庭和整个社会带来严重危害,而早诊断、早治疗则是阻断病情持续进展的关键之所在。为此,本文从HIV早期筛查及预测疾病进程、临床治疗两方面对HIV DNA定量检测的临床意义展开分析,旨在为其推广使用提供帮助。
