家庭化护理模式在产科护理中的应用

Application of Family Nursing Mode in Obstetrical Nursing

目的:探究家庭化护理模式在产科护理中应用的优势。方法:将本院收治的80名产科患者随机分成观察组和对照组,每组40人。观察组采用家庭化护理模式进行护理,对照组采用常规模式进行护理,并比较两组患者自然生产率、焦虑情况、护理满意度。结果:观察组患者的自然生产率和护理满意度明显较高,焦虑情况较少。结论:将家庭化护理模式应用于产科护理工作中,能够显著提升护理效果,应在后续工作中加以推广。

Objective:To explore the advantages of family nursing mode in obstetrical nursing.Methods:80 obstetric patients in our hospital were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,40 in each group.The observation group was treated with family nursing mode,the control group was treated by routine mode,and the natural productivity,anxiety and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Result:The natural productivity and nursing satisfaction of the observation group were higher,but the anxiety was less.Conclusion:The application of family nursing mode in obstetric nursing can significantly improve the effect of nursing,and should be promoted in follow-up work.
