粘连平用于减少LEEP术后并发症的临床观察

摘要 目的:探讨粘连平(医用聚乙二醇小檗碱液)用于LEEP刀治疗宫颈疾病后促进宫颈愈合减少阴道排液及宫颈粘连的疗效。方法:将240例宫颈疾病LEEP刀治疗后的患者随机分为两组。观察组120例,用粘连平纱条敷于宫颈创面;对照组120例,用无菌干棉纱敷于宫颈创面。结果:1.观察组阴道排液持续时间平均10天左右。对照组14天;观察组创面脱痂出血在3-7天,平均5天,对照组4-10天,平均7天。两组效果比较差异有显著性(p<0.05)。2.宫颈愈合:观察组4-6周,平均4.5周;对照组6-8周,平均7周。两组效果比较差异有显著性(p<0.05)。3.观察组术后随访6个月无一例宫颈口粘连。对照组宫颈粘连需做宫颈扩张5例,两组结果比较差异有显著性(p<0.05)。结论:LEEP术后应用粘连平可缩短阴道排液及脱痂出血时间,促进创面愈合,并有效预防宫颈粘连的发生。
