经方大承气汤治疗中风急性期痰热腑实证的疗效观察

目的:中风病是以口眼歪斜、半身不遂、言语不利甚或突然扑到、昏不识人为主要临床表现的疾病,痰热腑实证是中风急性期常见证型之一,此类患者除肢体偏瘫、口眼歪斜、言语不利等症外,伴痰多、腹满、大便干结、舌质红、苔黄腻、脉弦滑等症。近年来笔者运用化痰通腑汤保留灌肠治疗痍热腑实证急性缺血性中风50例,取得较满意的效果。现报告如下。

Objective:Stroke is one of the common types of acute stroke.It is one of the common types of acute stroke.Limb hemiplegia,mouth skew,speech adverse symptoms,accompanied by phlegm,abdominal full,dry stool,red tongue,yellow greasy moss,pulse string slippery embolism.In recent years,the author used Huatan Tongfu Decoction to preserve enuresis in 50 cases of acute ischemic stroke,and achieved satisfactory results.The report is as follows.
