摘要
目的:研究综合护理对急诊重症监护(EICU)患者导管相关性感染的预防效果。方法:选择我院631例EICU患者,随机分2组,对照组予以常规护理,而研究组则予以综合护理,观察两组导管相关性感染发生状况。结果:研究组呼吸机相关肺炎几率0.95%、导尿管相关尿路感染率0.32%、中心静脉导管感染率0.63%,均显著低于对照组(p<0.05);研究组患者在EICU停留时间(7.32±2.61)d,明显短于对照组(9.05±2.87)d。结论:综合护理应用于EICU护理工作中,能够显著预防或减少导管相关性感染事件发生,缩短患者转出EICU的时间。
Objective:To study the effect of comprehensive nursing on catheter related infection in EICU patients.Methods:631 cases of EICU patients were randomly divided into control group(n=315,receiving routine nursing)and the study group(n=316,receiving comprehensive nursing).The incidence of catheter-related infection was compared between the two groups.Result:The incidence of ventilator-associated pneumonia,urinary catheter-related infection rate and central venous catheter infection rate in the study group were lower than control group(p<0.05).The stay time of EICU in the study group was shorter than control group(p<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing can prevent EICU catheter-related infection,and shorten the time of hospital stay at EICU.
