哈尔滨市安埠社区2014～2016年孕妇年龄分析

Analysis of the age of 2014～2016 year pregnant women in Ann community in Harbin

目的:随着二胎政策的开放,孕妇的人数随之增加,孕妇的身体状况将直接影响新生儿的健康,孕初期孕妇的健康状况直接关系到优生优育的质量.为了发现高龄孕妇的发展趋势,加强对其围产期管理,降低孕妇并发症的发生率,对安埠社区2014年~2016年的670例孕妇进行研究。方法:逐年计算3年间高龄孕产妇的人数和比例,孕妇人数及年龄≥35岁的比率呈逐年上升趋势。结论:医生应加强对高龄孕妇的重视及围产期保健管理,及时干预可能发生的并发症,提高社区孕妇的质量,为孕妇和新生儿的健康保驾护航。

Objective:With the two-child policy open,the increased number of pregnant women,pregnant women health will directly affect the health of the newborn,early pregnancy pregnant women’s health is directly related to the quality of eugenics.In order to find out the development trend of older pregnant women,strengthen the perinatal management,reduce maternal complications,670 cases of pregnant women.From 2014 to 2016 the port community was studied.Methods:Year by year 3 years the number of maternal age and proportion,the number of pregnant women aged 35 years old and the ratio increased year by year.Conclusion:Doctors should pay more attention to the elderly pregnant women and the perinatal health care management,timely intervene the possible complications,improve the quality of pregnant women in the community,and protect the health of pregnant women and newborns.
