产后乳房肿胀临床护理干预效果观察

Effect of clinical nursing intervention on postpartum breast swelling

目的:观察与探讨产后乳房肿胀的临床护理干预措施。方法:选取产后乳房肿胀的产妇396例,观察组200例应用乳腺产后康复治疗仪治疗后再热敷及按摩乳房、对照组196例仅热敷及按摩乳房,观察两组产妇在24h内双侧乳房肿胀的消退情况及泌乳量。结果:观察组与对照组产妇临床护理干预后乳房肿胀程度(X^2=81.19,P<0.05)及24小时泌乳量(X^2=91.54,P<0.05)差异有统计学意义,观察组较对照组乳房肿胀明显缓解及24小时泌乳量明显增多;观察组与对照组产妇临床护理干预效果(X^2=116.12,P<0.05)差异有统计学意义,护理干预治疗有效率明显高于对照组。结论:综合应用心理干预、热敷、推揉抓提手法按摩护理、产后康复治疗仪刺激乳房局部等临床护理干预治疗措施,对消除乳房肿胀,增强母乳喂养信心有明显效果。

Objective:To observe and discuss the clinical nursing intervention measures of postpartum breast swelling.Methods:Select the 396 cases of maternal postpartum breast swelling,observe breast postpartum rehabilitation therapy for 200 cases of the treatment group after hot compress and massage breast,196 cases in the control group only hot compress and massage breast,regression and the amount of lactation were observed in the two groups of bilateral breast swelling in 24 h.Result:The observation group and the control group of maternal clinical nursing intervention after breast swelling(X^2=81.19,P<0.05)and 24 hours of lactation(X^2=91.54,P<0.05)had significant difference between the observation group increased significantly compared with the control group,breast swelling subsided in 24 hours and the amount of lactation;the observation group and the control effect of clinical nursing intervention group(X^2=116.12,P<0.05)the difference was statistically significant,nursing intervention in the treatment effective rate was significantly higher than the control group.Conclusion:The application of comprehensive psychological intervention,hot compress,rubbing and gripping massage care,postpartum rehabilitation instrument to stimulate local breast clinical nursing intervention measures,to eliminate breast swelling,enhance the confidence of breast feeding has obvious effect.
