产前超声检查诊断胎儿先天性心脏病的价值与临床优势分析

Value and clinical advantages investigation of prenatal ultrasonography in the diagnosis of fetal congenital heart disease

目的:在胎儿先天性心脏病诊断过程中行产前超声检查诊断的价值与临床优势进行分析。方法:选取我院自2015年3月1日至2016年3月1日收治的孕妇共计100例,将其按照随机数字表法均分为实验组与对照组,每组50例孕妇。对对照组孕妇行产前常规诊断方法,对实验组孕妇行产前超声检查诊断方法,对比两组胎儿先天性心脏病的确诊率。结果:实验组孕妇胎儿发热先天性心脏病确诊率显著性高于对照组,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在胎儿先天性心脏病诊断过程中行产前超声检查诊断疗法的临床价值较高,对提高胎儿先天性心脏病确诊率起到了一定的促进作用。

Objective:To analyze the value and clinical advantages of prenatal ultrasonography in the diagnosis of fetal congenital heart disease.Methods:A total of 100 pregnant women admitted to our hospital from March 1,2015 to March 1,2016 were recruited,the pregnant women were randomly divided into experimental group and control group according to the random number table method,50 cases in each group.Pregnant women in the control group received routine prenatal diagnosis,and pregnant women in the experimental group underwent prenatal ultrasonography.The diagnostic accuracy of congenital heart disease was compared between the two groups.Result:The diagnostic rate of congenital heart disease was higher in the experimental group than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion:Prenatal ultrasonography is of high clinical value in the diagnosis of congenital heart disease,which plays a certain role in promoting the diagnosis rate of fetal congenital heart disease.
