康复训练治疗脑卒中后肩手综合征病人临床疗效观察

Clinical study of rehabilitation training on shoulder hand syndrome after stroke

目的:探究针灸联合康复锻炼对脑卒中患者肩手综合征(SHS)的治疗效果。方法:从我院在2015年1月到2017年6月期间收治的脑卒中患者中随机抽选150例,其中患有SHS的患者有110例,按照双盲法随机分成两组,研究组采用联合方法,对照组仅做康复训练,对比分析两组患者的治疗效果及FMA评分、VAS评分及ADL评分。结果:研究组总有效率为96.4%,明显高于对照组80.0%,治疗后研究组患者FMA评分、VAS评分及ADL评分改善明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。针灸联合康复训练能够显著提高SHS治疗效果,减轻疼痛,提高生活质量,改善运动功能,具有极高的临床应用价值。

Objective:To explore the treatment of acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training on stroke patients with shoulder hand syndrome(SHS).Methods:The therapeutic effect of stroke patients in our hospital from January 2015 to June 2017 were randomly selected in150 cases,including 110 cases of patients with SHS,in accordance with the double blind method were randomly divided into two groups.The study group using a combination of methods,the control group only do rehabilitation training,the two groups were compared and analyzed the treatment effect and FMA score,VAS score and ADL score.Result:The total effective rate of study group was 96.4%,significantly higher than the control group of 80% patients in the study group after treatment FMA score,VAS score and ADL score improved significantly better than the control group(P < 0.05).Acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training can significantly improve the therapeutic effect of SHS,relieve pain,improve the quality of life,improve motor function,has high clinical application value.
