评价注射用丹参多酚酸盐治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床效果

To evaluate the clinical effect of salvianolate injection on angina pectoris of coronary heart disease

目的:评价分析注射用丹参多酚酸盐治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床效果。方法:选取2016年5月至2017年6月我院收治的冠心病心绞痛患者96例,随机分为选择常规治疗,加丹参注射液静脉滴注治疗方式的对照组(48例),与在常规治疗的基础上,给予患者丹参多酚盐酸注射液治疗的观察组(48例),比较分析两组患者的临床疗效。结果:经过治疗后观察组患者临床疗效和患者心电图均优于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:选择注射用丹参多酚酸盐治疗冠心病心绞痛的效果可改善患者心绞痛的临床症状,缓解患者的心电图结果,效果显著,值得临床推广实践。

Objective:To evaluate and analyze the clinical efficacy of Salvia miltiorrhiza injection in the treatment of coronary heart disease angina pectoris.Methods:96 patients with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease from May 2016 to June 2017 in our hospital were randomly divided into conventional treatment,the control group dansenate injection intravenous drip treatment methods(48 cases),and on the basis of routine treatment,the observation group was treated with salvianolate hydrochloride injection therapy(48 cases).And the comparative analysis of the clinical efficacy of the two groups.Result:After treatment,the clinical efficacy and ECG of the observation group were better than those of the control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of Salvia miltiorrhiza injection in the treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease can improve the clinical symptoms of patients with angina pectoris,relieve the ECG results of patients,the effect is significant,it is worthy of clinical practice.
