无缝隙护理在提高鼻窦炎手术围术期护理质量中的效果观察

The effect of seamless nursing in improving perioperative nursing quality of sinusitis was observed

目的:探讨无缝隙护理在提高鼻窦炎手术围术期护理质量中的效果。方法:选择2015年5月-2017年5月在我院接受鼻窦炎手术治疗的患者共126例,将其分为对照组和护理组,每组63例。对照组采用常规护理,护理组采用无缝隙护理,比较两组患者围术期护理过程中的效果。结果:在本次研究中,护理组患者生活质量评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组总满意率为80.95%,护理组总满意率为98.41%,护理组高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组患者并发症发生率为30.16%(19例),护理组并发症发生率为8.33%(5例),护理组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在鼻窦炎患者手术围术期护理过程中,采用无缝隙护理能有效提高患者的护理质量,推动患者的恢复,提升患者对护理工作的满意度,值得在临床上推广。

Objective:To explore the effect of seamless nursing in improving the quality of nursing during perioperative period of sinusitis.Methods:A total of 126 patients who underwent sinusitis surgery from May 2015 to May 2017 were divided into control group and nursing group.The control group was treated with routine care.The nursing group used seamless nursing to compare the effect of the two groups of patients during perioperative nursing.Result:In this study,the quality of life score of the nursing group was significantly higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).The overall satisfaction rate was 80.95%in the control group,98.41%in the nursing group and 98.91%in the nursing group,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).The incidence of complications in the control group was 30.16%(19 cases),the incidence of complications in the nursing group was 8.33%(5 cases),the nursing group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion:In the process of perioperative nursing of patients with sinusitis,the use of seamless care can effectively improve the quality of care,promote the recovery of patients and enhance the satisfaction of nursing patients,it is worthy of clinical promotion.
