摘要
目的:探讨单纯性肥胖儿童瘦素及相关指标与生长发育的相关性。方法:于本院2016年5月-2017年5月收治的儿童中,随机选取68个儿童作为研究样本,将其分为对照组和观察组,分别检测两组儿童的甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白、胆固醇、胰岛素、免疫球蛋白、血脂、血清瘦素和皮质醇。结果:对照组儿童的瘦素、糖化血红蛋白、皮质醇和胰岛素水平显著高于观察组儿童,对照组儿童的甘油三酯、胆固醇和低密度脂蛋白显著低于观察组儿童。瘦素、糖化血红蛋白、皮质醇和胰岛素水平在轻度、中度和重度肥胖儿童中的比例依次升高,甘油三酯、胆固醇和低密度脂蛋白在轻度、中度和重度肥胖儿童中的比例依次降低。结论:瘦素、糖化血红蛋白、皮质醇和胰岛素水平会导致青少年的肥胖,与青少年生长发育具有正相关性,甘油三酯、胆固醇和低密度脂蛋白与青少年生长发育具有负相关性。
Objective:To investigate the children with simple obesity and leptin related index and growth relationship.Methods:In our hospital in May 2016-2017 year in May from children,68 children were randomly selected as the research sample,it can be divided into control group and observation group,two groups of children were measured triglyceride,low density lipoprotein,cholesterol,insulin,immunoglobulin,serum lipid,serum leptin and cortisol.Result:The control group children leptin,HbA1 c,cortisol and insulin levels were significantly higher in the observation group of children,the children of control group triglyceride,cholesterol and low density lipoprotein were significantly lower than that observed Groups of children.Leptin,HbA1 c,cortisol and insulin levels in mild,moderate and severe obese children in the proportion gradually increased,triglyceride,cholesterol and low density lipoprotein in mild,moderate and severe obesity in children in order to reduce the proportion.Conclusion:Leptin,HbA1 c,cortisol and insulin levels can lead to teenagers obesity,and adolescent growth is a positive correlation between growth,triglyceride,cholesterol and low density lipoprotein and adolescents has negative correlation.
