小儿毛细支气管炎采用普米克令舒联合西咪替丁辅助治疗临床疗效评价

Clinical evaluation of pedicled bronchitis treated with pulmicort and cimetidine adjuvant

目的:探究普米克令舒联合西咪替丁辅助治疗小儿毛细支气管炎的效果。方法:本文选取2016年1月~2017年6月在我院接受治疗的小儿毛细支气管炎92例患儿作为研究对象,采用随机平均分为对照组和观察组。对照组给予普米克令舒治疗,观察组加用西咪替丁,对比两组治疗效果。结果:在治愈率上,观察组为93.48%,明显高于对照组的80.43%,两组数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。经治疗,观察组心率恢复正常时间、气促缓解时间、咳嗽消失时间及住院时间均短于对照组,两组数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:小儿毛细支气管炎采用普米克令舒联合西咪替丁辅助治疗,临床症状及体征可显著改善,安全高效,值得采纳应用。

Objective:To investigate the effect of pulmicort combined with cimetidine in the treatment of children with bronchiolitis.Methods:From January 2016 to June 2017 for the study period,92 children with bronchiolitis treated in our hospital during this time period were randomly divided into two groups(n = 46 in each group),and the control group Pulmicort respiration treatment,the observation group plus cimetidine,compared two groups treatment.Result:In the cure rate,the observation group was 93.48%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(80.43%).The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P <0.05).After treatment,the recovery time of heart rate,duration of relief,duration of cough disappearance and hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Pediatric bronchiolitis is treated with pulmicort and cimetidine adjuvant therapy.The clinical symptoms and signs can be significantly improved,which is safe and effective and should be adopted.
