康复护理路径对高龄帕金森患者中的应用效果观察

Observation of the effect of rehabilitation nursing path on the elderly patients with Parkinson

目的:分析康复护理路径对高龄帕金森患者的应用价值。方法:将我院收治的76例高龄帕金森患者随机分为两组各38例,对照组行常规康复护理,观察组以康复护理路径指导护理工作,比较两组护理效果。结果:两组患者离院时日常生活能力评分均明显高于就诊时(P<0.05),且观察组离院时生活能力评分、健康知识掌握程度评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:为高龄帕金森患者行康复护理,可明显提高患者健康知识掌握率,改善其日常生活能力,有推广价值。

Objective:To analyze the application value of rehabilitation nursing pathway for elderly patients with Parkinson’s disease.Methods:76 cases of elderly patients were randomly divided into Parkinson admitted to our hospital for two 38 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,the observation group with rehabilitation nursing pathway in nursing work,than the nursing effect were compared between the two groups.Result:Two groups of patients from the hospital when the ADL scores were significantly higher than that of treatment(P<0.05),and the observation group from the hospital life ability score,health knowledge score was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Patients underwent rehabilitation nursing for the elderly Parkinson,can significantly improve patients’ health knowledge rate,improve the ability of daily life,the promotion of the value.
