抗风湿类中成药非法添加化学药品快速筛查方法研究

Fast detection of anti-rheumatic illegal drugs in traditional Chinese medicines by TLC

目的:对抗风湿类中成药非法添加8种化学药品快速筛查方法做研究分析。方法:样品经甲醇提取后点于硅胶GF254薄层板上,以正己烷-乙酸乙酯-冰醋酸(15:5:1)为展开剂,检测阿司匹林等三种非法添加成分;以三氯甲烷-丙酮-甲醇-浓氨(9:3:1:0.1)为展开剂,检查氨基比林等6种添加成分。展开后置紫外光灯(254nm)下检视。并加标对照品进一步筛查,HPLC DAD监测定性验证检查。结果:在选定的色谱条件下,8种化学成分得到较好的分离,经HPLC监测进一步验证为阴性。结论:薄层色谱法筛查抗风湿类中成药非法添加8种化学药品快速、简便,可以作为初筛方法,为HPLC、HPLC-MS进行进一步确证提供参考。

Objective:To combat rheumatoid added eight kinds of Chinese medicine illegally rapid screening methods for chemical analysis done.Methods:Samples were extracted with methanol after the point in silica gel GF254 TLC plate with hexane-ethyl acetate-acetic acid(15:5:1)as the agent,aspirin and other illegal detect three added ingredients;chloroform-acetone-methanol-concentrated ammonia(9:3:1:0.1)as the agent,check aminopyrine 6 kinds of added ingredients.Expand the view after UV light(254 nm)under.And spiked reference further screening,HPLC DAD monitoring qualitative validation checks.Result:Under the selected conditions,eight kinds of chemical composition obtained better separation,screening verified as monitored by HPLC-positive samples were negative.Conclusion:TLC screening anti-rheumatic Chinese medicine illegally added eight kinds of chemicals fast,simple and can be used as screening methods for HPLC,HPLC-MS to provide a reference for further confirmation.
