品管圈活动提升体检采血岗位自律性

Improve Self-discipline at the Blood-collecting Post through Quality Control Circle

目的:探讨通过品管圈活动提升体检采血岗位自律性。方法:2017年3月至2017年8月,针对体检科采血岗位护理质控反馈存在问题,采取自发自愿原则组建品管圈。具体活动内容包括:主题选定、拟定活动计划、现状调查与目标设定、解析问题、对策拟定与实施对策等,比较品管圈实施对体检采血岗位自律性的提升。结果:开展品管圈活动后,消毒液标识书写有误由活动前64.3%降低至活动后21.4%(P<0.05),同期反馈存在其它问题发生率明显下降。结论:品管圈活动提升了体检采血岗位自律性,提升了护理质量,提升了护理人员综合素质。

Objective:Discuss the improvement of Self-discipline at the Blood-collecting Post through Quality Control Circle.Methods:In March 2017 to August 2017,adopts the principle of spontaneous voluntary form quality management circle about the problem that feedback by Medical Section blood sampling quality control of nursing.Specific activities include,select theme,develop aplan of activities,status survey and goal setting,parsing problem,propose countermeasures and implement.Compare the improvement of Medical Blood Jobs Self-discipline by using Quality Management Circle Activity.Result:After carried out Quality Control Circle,the error rate of writing disinfectant logo reduces from sixty-four point three percent to twenty-one point four percent(p<0.05),The incidence of other problems decreased significantly feedback over the same period.Conclusion:The Quality Control Circle improves Self-discipline at the Blood-collecting Post,improves the quality of care,improves the comprehensive qualities of the nursing staff.
