静脉血检验与末梢血检验中血常规检验的效果

The effect of blood test in venous blood test and peripheral blood test

目的:分析静脉血检验与末梢血检验中血常规检验的效果差异。方法:选取我市人民医院2016年5月~2017年4月期间接受血常规检验的96例患者,在经过患者同意后对其进行血常规检验效果对比。96例患者均由统一医务人员采血检验,并对96例患者分别重复采血一次。结果:在本次检测中除平均红细胞血红蛋白含量两组对比差异不明显之外(P>0.05),剩余七项血常规检测中静脉血检测均高于末梢血检验组,存在明显对比差异,其中血小板平均值差异较大P<0.05,具有统计学意义。结论:本次血常规检测中,96例血常规检验效果相对稳定,且静脉血检验比末梢血检验更为精准,能够更为精准地检验患者疾病情况,具有较高临床治疗价值,值得实践推广应用。

Objective:To analyze the difference between blood test and blood test in venous blood test and peripheral blood test.Methods:96 patients who received blood routine examination during May 2016,April,~2017 in our city people’s hospital were selected,and their blood routine examination results were compared after their consent.All the 96 patients were collected by the unified medical staff for blood sampling and repeated blood sampling was repeated in 96 patients.Result:In this test the mean corpuscular hemoglobin between two groups were not significantly different(P>0.05),but the remaining venous blood of seven blood routine detection of peripheral blood were higher than the test group,there are obvious differences,the average difference of platelet P<0.05,with statistical significance.Conclusion:In this routine blood test,96 cases of blood routine test results are relatively stable,and venous blood test is more accurate than peripheral blood test,which can detect patients’ disease more accurately,and has high clinical value.It is worth promoting in practice.
