Expression and significance of DJ-1 and PTEN in renal tubular interstitial lesions of chronic renal disease

目的:探究DJ-1和PTEN在慢性肾脏病肾小管间质病变中的表达及意义。方法:本次研究对象为我院从2010年1月至2017年10月期间收治的3000例原发性慢性肾病患者,予以患者进行肾活检。观察DJ-1和PTEN在慢性肾脏病肾小管间质病变中的表达情况。结果:在四组肾患者组织中DJ-1主要表达于肾小管上皮细胞胞浆在Ⅰ组肾组织PTEN广泛存在,并在肾小管上皮细胞胞浆大量表达。结论:DJ-1和PTEN在慢性肾脏病肾小管间质病变中以负相关的形式进行表达。

Objective:To explore the expression and significance of DJ-1 and PTEN in renal tubular interstitial lesions of chronic renal diseases.Methods:The objective of this study was to treat 3000 patients with primary chronic kidney disease from January 2010 to October 2017,and to take renal biopsy.To observe the expression of DJ-1 and pten in renal tubular interstitial lesions of chronic renal disease.Result:In four groups of renal patients,DJ-1 was mainly expressed in the renal tubular epithelial cytoplasm in theⅠgroup,and the kidney PTEN was widely expressed in renal tubular epithelial cells.Conclusion:DJ-1 and PTEN are expressed negatively in renal tubulointerstitial lesions of chronic kidney disease.
