断肢再植应用封闭负压引流联合皮肤牵张器术后护理效果观察

Observation of nursing effect after negative pressure closed drainage for soft tissue trauma of extremities

目的:探讨断肢再植应用封闭负压引流联合皮肤牵张器后护理效果。方法:12例采用断肢再植术后护理,对照组患者采用的是常规的护理措施,对患者的手术成功率及并发症发生率进行统计分析。结果:对照组患者并发症发生率25%,显著高于观察组0%,观察组患者手术成功率91.6%,显著高于对照组75%,均有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:在应用手术治疗断肢再植术中的患者中,采用综合护理能够显著提高手术成功率,降低并发症,临床效果满意,值得临床推广。

Objective:To explore the nursing effect of negative pressure closed drainage for soft tissue trauma of extremities.Methods:8.330 patients with soft tissue trauma were selected.The control group received routine nursing measures.The observation group received comprehensive nursing for patients during the perioperative period,and the success rate of operation and incidence of complications were statistically analyzed.Result:The incidence of complications in the control group was 8.33%,which was significantly higher than that in the observation group(0%).The success rate of operation in the observation group was 91.6%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group(75%),with statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing can significantly improve the success rate of operation and reduce complications in patients undergoing operation for soft tissue injury of extremities.The clinical effect is satisfactory,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
