行为转变理论的护理模式对骨肿瘤患者的影响研究

Study on the effect of nursing model based on behavioral transformation theory on patients with bone tumor

目的:探讨行为转变理论的护理模式对骨肿瘤患者的影响。方法:选取2017年3月-2017年12月入住我院的骨肿瘤患者120例,随机平均分为两组。观察组的60例患者采用行为转变理论的护理模式。对照组的60例患者采用常规护理方法。经过一段时间护理后,对比两组的并发症率和生存质量评分。结果:经比较,观察组的并发症率为31.67%低于对照组71.67%,生存质量分数高于对照组,P<0.05。结论:行为转变理论护理方法对骨肿瘤患者的临床效果显著,因此该种护理方法适于临床方面的推广。

Objective:To investigate the effect of nursing mode on bone tumor patients based on behavioral change theory.Methods:120 patients with bone tumors admitted to our hospital from March 2017 to December 2017 were randomly divided into two groups.P<0.05.Conclusion:The nursing method based on behavioral transformation theory has remarkable clinical effect on patients with bone tumor,so this nursing method is suitable for clinical application
