不同入路显微外科手术治疗脑胶质瘤临床对比研究

Clinical comparative study of microsurgical treatment of glioma with different approaches

目的:探讨在进行脑胶质瘤的显微外科手术时采用不同入路方式临床效果的差异。方法:抽取自2016年2月-2017年11月我院通过显微外科手术方式治疗的脑胶质瘤患者共计65例进行观察与研究。这些患者都依据具体肿瘤部位的不同合理选择不同入路方式进行手术。记录并观察患者手术治疗前后症状得到改善的情况,术前术后分别对患者的生活质量进行评分,比较前后差异。结果:采用不同入路手术治疗后,患者生活质量以及症状均得到明显的改善,P<0.05。结论:对脑胶质瘤患者施行显微外科手术时,依据肿瘤部位的不同合理选择不同入路,都能够有效地治疗患者临床症状,提高患者生活质量,效果没有显著差异,可以依据患者具体情况自由合理选择。

Objective:To explore the difference of clinical effect of different approaches in microsurgical operation of glioma.A total of 65 patients with glioma treated by microsurgery from February 2016 to November 2017 in our hospital were observed and studied.Choose different approaches to perform the operation.Record and observe the improvement of symptoms before and after operation.Result:The quality of life and symptoms of patients with different approaches were evaluated before and after operation.Conclusion:When microsurgery is performed on patients with glioma,different approaches can be used to treat the clinical symptoms effectively according to the different tumor sites.There is no significant difference in the effect of improving the patient’s quality of life,which can be chosen freely and reasonably according to the patient’s specific situation.
