不同釆血方法在血常规检验中的应用价值

The application value of different blood methods in routine blood test

目的:用不同方法采集血液对血常规的检验结果影响进行分析。方法:以自2016年3月-2017年10月需要进行血常规检查的168例患者进行研究,以不同的采集方式将其分为两组,A组采集其静脉血,B组采集其末梢血,对其血常规的检查结果进行分析。结果:检验后,A组的血红蛋白浓度(HGB)、白细胞计数(WBC)明显较低,而血小板(PLT)、红细胞比容(Hct)、红细胞(RBC)明显较高,对比B组差异明显P<0.05。结论:不同的采血方法对其血常规的检验有着不同的影响,在常规检验中应尽量给予静脉采血,以提高血常规检验的准确性,有利于疾病和身体情况的判断,为临床疾病的判断和治疗提供可靠的依据。

Objective:Analysis of blood test results using different methods of blood collection.Methods:A total of 168 patients who needed routine blood tests from March 2016 to October 2017 were divided into two groups according to different methods of collection:group A received venous blood and group B received peripheral blood,The blood test results were analyzed.Result:After the test,the hemoglobin concentration(HGB)and WBC in group A were significantly lower,while the PLT,Hct and RBC were significantly higher in group A than those in group B <0.05.Conclusion:Different blood sampling methods have different effects on their blood tests.Venous blood sampling should be given as far as possible in routine tests in order to improve the accuracy of blood tests,to diagnose diseases and physical conditions,and to judge clinical diseases And provide a reliable basis for treatment.
