育龄期妇女TSH孕前检验分析

Analysis of women of childbearing age screening results of TSH

目的:探究育龄期妇女促甲状腺激素(TSH)孕前检验,并分析该检验在优生优育中意义。方法:选取于2017年7月至2017年12月在乐山市市中区接受孕前免费筛查的800例育龄妇女为分析对象,并对上述对象进行TSH检测,并根据育龄期妇女的年龄进行分组,同时分析TSH对优生优育的指导意义。结果:调查样本妇女的TSH的范围为0.008~21.46mIU/ml,其中20~29岁组与30~39岁组的TSH异常率均低于40~45岁组有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:育龄期妇女存在一定比例的甲状腺功能异常对其进行TSH检查对于优生优育筛查是十分有必要的。

Objective:To explore thyroid stimulating hormone(TSH)pregnancy of the childbearing age women and analyze its significance of the test of the eugenics.Methods:Chosing the the 800 cases of the childbearing age women who have been examined the TSH in Leshan city from July 2017 to December2017 as analysis object.And then according to their age,they are grouped.Result:The TSH of the childbearing women ranged from 0.008 to 21.46 mIU/ml,and the abnormal rate of TSH in 20~29 year old group and 30~39 year old group was lower than that in 40~45 year old group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The abnormal TSH of the women of childbearing age has a certain proportion,which is very necessary for eugenic screening.
