白三烯受体拮抗剂孟鲁司特钠治疗小儿感染后咳嗽疗效观察

Efficacy of leukotriene receptor antagonist montelukast in the treatment of infantile post infection cough

目的:探讨白三烯受体拮抗剂孟鲁司特钠治疗小儿感染后咳嗽的临床疗效。方法:选择本院收治的104例感染后咳嗽的患儿,以随机信封法分为常规组和治疗组各52例,常规组采取阿奇霉素治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用孟鲁司特钠治疗,观察两组治疗效果。结果:治疗组咳嗽症状评分(1.48±0.32)分、咳嗽症状缓解时间(4.25±1.35)d均低于常规组[(2.73±0.47)分,(6.43±1.17)d],P<0.05。两组不良反应发生率对比无明显差异(常规组3.85%,治疗组0.00%),P>0.05。结论:孟鲁司特钠治疗小儿感染后咳嗽起效迅速且效果确切,且安全性良好,值得临床应用。

Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of leukotriene receptor antagonist montelukast in the treatment of infantile post infection coughing.Methods:104 children with cough after infection were selected and randomly divided into the conventional group and the treatment group,52 cases in each group.The patients in the conventional group were treated with azithromycin,and the treatment group was added montelukast sodium on the basis of the treatment.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were observed.Result:The cough symptom score(1.48+0.32)and cough symptom relief time(4.25+1.35)d in the treatment group were lower than those in the conventional group(2.73+0.47),(6.43+1.17)d],P<0.05.There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(3.85%in the routine group and 0%in the treatment group),P>0.05.Conclusion:Montelukast sodium has a rapid and effective effect in the treatment of infantile post infection coughing,and it is safe and worthy of clinical application.
