参蛤散对压力负荷性心室重构大鼠血清hs-CRP、TNF-α、IL-6的影响

摘要 目的:观察参蛤散对压力负荷性心室重构大鼠血清hs-CRP、TNF-α、IL-6的影响。方法:以腹主动脉不完全缩窄法建立压力负荷性心室重构大鼠模型。以参蛤散(1.89g.kg-1)灌胃该模型8w,对照组以法舒地尔腹腔注射(5*10-3g.kg-1)8w,观察参蛤散干预对压力负荷性心室重构大鼠模型血清炎症细胞因子的影响。结果:与模型组比较,参蛤散组左心室重量指数(LVW/BW)出现下降趋势;与模型组比较,参蛤散组血清hs-CRP、IL-6、TNF-α出现不同程度下降(前两者p<0.05;后者仅出现趋势,未达到统计意义)。结论:参蛤散能降低心室重构大鼠模型血清炎症细胞因子,改善心室重构,但总体效果不及法舒地尔。 Objective:Explore the effect of ShenGe powder on serum hs-CRP、TNF-αand IL-6 in ventricular remodeling caused by pressure-overload in rat.Methods:Pressure overloaded ventricular remodeling was induced by banding abdominal artery to the outer diameter of 0.7 mm.The control group was conducted without banding.The rats were randomly divided into four groups:control(sham)group,model group,Fasudil(5*10-3 g.kg-1)group,ShenGe powder(1.89 g.kg-1)group.After the surgery,three or four days later,all groups were orally administered once a day for eight weeks.Result:Compared with the model group,ShenGe powder could reduce LVW/BW,but the effect was low.And ShenGe powder could descrease serum hs-CRP、IL-6 and TNF-α(The first two:p<0.05;The last one:p>0.05).Conclusion:ShenGe powder could reduce ventricular remodeling by decreasing serum inflammatory cytokines in ventricular remodeling caused by pressure-overload in rat.But compared with Fasudil,the effect was low.
