摘要
MicroRNA是一种小分子RNA,它能通过抑制目标mRNA来调节基因表达。近年来较多研究发现MicroRNA正逐渐成为多种疾病新的生物标记物。本文就国内外近10年有关血清MicroRNA在肝脏疾病中诊断作用的研究进行综述。
MicroRNAs(miRNAs)are small RNAs regulate gene expression by inhibiting the turnover of their target mRNAs.In recent years,it became as a new biomarker in several diseases.In this paper,we summarize the recent studies about the role of circulating MicroRNA in liver diseases.
