抑郁症患者治疗前后神经心理学测验变化研究

Changes of Neuropsychology Test before and after Treatment of Depression Patients

目的:研究抑郁症患者在治疗前后神经心理学测验产生的变化情况。方法:选择2016年4月至2017年4月本院收治的抑郁症患者37例,采用回顾性分析方式开展相关研究,分析患者治疗前后神经心理学测验评分情况。结果:经治疗后抑郁症患者简易智能状态、物品记忆能力、语言流畅性及视觉空间能力等神经心理学测验评分明显高于治疗前,组间差异性显著(P<0.05)。结论:神经心理学测验能够充分展现抑郁症患者认知、记忆、语言、思维能力、智力等方面的状态,通过对抑郁症患者治疗前后进行神经心理学测验,了解患者上述层面实际情况,以便于调整治疗方针,提升抑郁症治疗效果。

Objective:To study the changes of neuropsychological test before and after treatment of patients with depression.Methods:Choose between April 2016 and April 2017 in our hospital were 37 cases of patients with depression,using retrospective analysis research,neuropsychological test scores before and after treatment in patients with analysis.Result:After treatment of depression in patients with simple intelligent state,items,memory,language fluency and visual spatial ability and so on neuropsychological test score were significantly higher than those before treatment,the differences between group significantly(P<0.05).Conclusion:Neuropsychological tests can fully show depression cognitive,memory,language and thinking ability,intelligence and other aspects of the state,through the study of the neuropsychological test of depression patients before and after treatment,and patients to understand the level of actual situation,in order to adjust the treatment guidelines,improve depression treatment effect.
